As many of you know, I was born in Posadas<\/a>, the capital of Misiones, in the north east of Argentina.<\/p>\n

The most traditional\u00a0snack from\u00a0my homeland is “Chipa<\/a>“.\u00a0This is a\u00a0little cheese-roll\u00a0made with tapioca flour and it’s also a traditional snack\u00a0in Paraguay and in the south of Brazil (with some differences).<\/p>\n

Today, I’m super happy to share with you my family recipe for this yummy gluten-free delicacy.<\/p>\n
